1. Delivery, Transportation
For local customers and wholesalers
Direct delivery to customers: This applies in cases where customers purchase goods and make payment directly at the store.
Delivery through a third party (professional delivery and transportation unit): This applies to orders placed by customers online and delivered nationally.
Customers purchase via our website, and your orders will be delivered to a professional shipping unit. From the moment the goods are packaged and handed over to the shipping service, the responsibility for managing the goods and their documentation will belong to the shipping unit. The customer will be responsible for receiving the goods and making payment based on the documentation upon receipt, ensuring that the order meets both quantity and quality requirements.
For international buyers
The process from delivery to transportation and payment method will be negotiable via email phongkinhdoanh@chinhchien.vn.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is confirmed until the customer receives the goods. It will depend on the specific delivery address as follows:
For local customers or wholesalers, it could be estimated at 3 to 5 business days.
For international buyers, it could be estimated at 1 to 5 business days for express couriers and 5 to 14 business days for standard airmail, while slower options like ocean freight can take 20 to 45 days or more. The sales department will directly inform customers about the estimated delivery time for each specific order, or customers may track their orders on the shipping unit's website or app using the shipping order number.
The estimated delivery time applies only under normal conditions. In cases of natural disasters, epidemics, or other emergencies that prevent timely delivery, we will notify customers to agree on a reasonable revised delivery time.
Delivery times that coincide with holidays or Tet breaks may be delayed according to the holiday schedule; in such cases, we will inform customers to agree on specific delivery times.
In special cases affected by weather, accidents, or any other reasons impacting delivery times, we will notify customers via phone or email to negotiate a revised delivery schedule and address any unforeseen issues, including cases where customers may wish to cancel or exchange their order.
Upon receipt of goods, customers have the right to request the delivery unit to provide all relevant documents related to the goods, such as the sales invoice, delivery receipt, warranty slip (if applicable), and have the right to refuse to accept the goods if the delivery unit does not provide sufficient documentation as required.
