Customers have the right to inspect goods when the shipping company delivers them. If you find that the goods do not match your order, you have the right to refuse to accept the goods and decline payment (if you chose the COD payment method). The latest time for receiving a refund is within 24 hours of us receiving your information. Alternatively, you may request an exchange for the correct item.
